• Rent Payment Reminders: By creating an account, you agree to receive rent payment reminders via text message and/or email.
• Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Notifications: You consent to receive notifications regarding random testing as part of our program requirements.

Any misuse of the platform may result in account termination.

5. Payment Terms

All payments processed through the platform (including rent payments) must be made promptly. Failure to make payments may result in additional fees or penalties, in accordance with the policies outlined by Advantage Sober Living.

• Use the platform for any fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purpose.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures implemented on the platform.
